Terms and Conditions for RS Network Portal, Part of LS Home Consultants:

1. General Agreement:
   By joining the RS Network Portal, contractors are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
2. Referral Fee Eligibility:
   Contractors can earn referral fees for clients they refer when our team of Licensed professionals successfully sells a job. Referral fees will be paid once the job is completed, the installation is done, and all payments have been cleared.
3. Payment Method:
   Referral fees will be paid to the referring contractor through either Zelle or PayPal. Contractors must provide their preferred payment details for this purpose. A valid and updated 1099 form must be on file before any payment can be made.
4. Participant Age:
   Contractors must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the referral program.
5. Referral Fee Rates:
   Referral fees for different types of projects are as follows:

• 1-Story Home up to 2 baths: $300.00
• 1-Story Home up to 3 baths: $500.00
• 1-Story Home over 3.5 baths: $750.00
• 2-Story Home up to 2 baths: $300.00
• 2-Story Home up to 3.5 baths: $500.00
• 2-Story Home with 4 baths and up: $750.00
• Any project with 6 baths or more: $1000.00
